This website serves the Bosque del Rio residents with information about their community. Here you will find contact information, newsletters, HOA documents and other helpful information.
Bosque del Rio is a unique community located east of Coors Blvd. at Eagle Ranch Road NW. It is immediately adjacent to the Bosque trails and the Rio Grande River, just south of Paseo del Norte. Bosque del Rio Homeowners Association (BDRHOA) is a non-profit organization that represents the interests of all 114 homeowners. The BDRHOA mission is to promote the common interest of the homeowners and residents located within Bosque del Rio and to preserve the unique character and quality of life of the area adjacent to the Bosque. The covenant controlled community consists of 13 custom homes on one acre lots and 101 semi-custom Centex built homes on ¼ to 1/3 acre lots. The unique architectural designs include the Northern New Mexico, Pueblo and Territorial styles.
The subdivision was developed in three phases starting in 1996 with the first house occupied in 1997. It is an oasis along the west side of the Rio Grande nestled among the cottonwoods with access to the Bosque trails. All the streets are privately owned and maintained. Soliciting and trespassing are not permitted. Our community includes a private park with a covered pavilion, picnic table, playground equipment and plenty of grass to host private and community based events.
